Dear Parents and Carers,
The Year six children are having an amazing time in Bude on residential trip! They’ve taken part in an exciting range of water sports, including canoeing, surfing and bodyboarding, as well as climbing and team-building games.
Mr Lovelass reports that the children have embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and have shown impressive levels of organisation and independence throughout the week.
With such an action-packed schedule, it’s probably a good thing that half-term is just around the corner; perfect timing for everyone to rest and recharge!
We’re all looking forward to welcoming the children back on Friday and hearing their stories from what has clearly been a memorable adventure. The children will return to school at 1.30pm on Friday for parents to collect.
Don’t forget to check out the photo updates from their week on our Facebook page!
A huge thank you to Mr Lovelass for generously giving up his week to support and guide the children on this unforgettable experience.
Thank you to the FUS for contributing to our Year 6 leaver’s hoodies again this year. They received them last week in time for their residential.

Have a lovely half-term everyone.
We look forward to seeing you back at school on Tuesday 2nd June.
Best wishes,
Corrinne Smith
Head of School
