In the afternoon, the children will travel to High Bickington Community Centre by our TEAM minibuses.   Each class will take part in a 50-minute session inside an inflatable dome. Using immersive audio and visual effects, the “Space Lab” will transport the class into space, with a planetarium projector displaying a star-filled night sky. Children will learn about the Earth, Moon and Sun, gravity, day and night, the Moon, the importance of air and water on Earth, the Sun as a star, distances in space, stars, and the North Star.
